Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 132

भोजने शयने स्थाने उत्सर्गे मलमूत्रयोः । रथ्याचंक्रमणे चार्द्रपञ्चकश्चाचमेत्सदा

bhojane śayane sthāne utsarge malamūtrayoḥ | rathyācaṃkramaṇe cārdrapañcakaścācametsadā

Après avoir mangé, après s’être couché, en changeant de lieu, après l’évacuation des selles ou de l’urine, et après avoir marché dans la rue, on doit toujours accomplir l’ācamana (gorgée rituelle d’eau) ainsi que les « cinq purifications humides » prescrites.
