Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 30

कालभीतिगुप्तक्षेत्रगुणाञ्छ्रुत्वाभ्युपाययौ । स्नात्वा ततो महीतोये जप्त्वा मन्त्रांश्च कोटिशः

kālabhītiguptakṣetraguṇāñchrutvābhyupāyayau | snātvā tato mahītoye japtvā mantrāṃśca koṭiśaḥ

Ayant entendu les mérites du kṣetra sacré et caché, Kālabhīti s’en approcha. Puis, s’y étant baigné dans l’eau de la terre (un bassin saint naturel), il récita des mantras d’innombrables fois, par crores.
