देवशर्मोवाच । एवं ते वदमानस्य आयुरस्तु शतं समाः । यदशक्यं महत्कर्म कर्तुमिच्छसि मत्कृते
devaśarmovāca | evaṃ te vadamānasya āyurastu śataṃ samāḥ | yadaśakyaṃ mahatkarma kartumicchasi matkṛte
Devaśarman dit : « Puisque tu parles ainsi, puisses-tu vivre cent ans. Pourtant, pour moi, tu veux accomplir une grande œuvre qui paraît impossible. »
