Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) (deduced for Māheśvara-khaṇḍa narration)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Nārada, with vīṇā and matted locks, performs a vow at a luminous tīrtha; the Navagrahas appear as radiant deities in the sky, with Śani dark-hued and austere granting a boon.
A tīrtha is validated by exemplary sages; their practice there reveals the site’s power to grant boons, even through cosmic forces (grahas).
The same Mahī–Sāgara Saṅgama is implied by “here (atra)”.
A holy observance performed at the site, connected with receiving graha (planetary) boons—especially from Śani.
