Transliteration

yeṣāṃ hi saṃsthitiḥ kāśyāṃ liṃgārcanaratātmanām | ta eva mama liṃgāni jaṃgamāni na saṃśayaḥ

Translation

Oui, ceux dont la demeure est à Kāśī, dont le cœur se réjouit du culte du liṅga, ceux-là mêmes sont mes liṅgas vivants ; il n’y a là aucun doute.
