बहिर्निर्गतमात्रस्तु बहुभिः परिभूयते । चांडालब्राह्मणश्चैष चांडालात्त धनस्त्वसौ
bahirnirgatamātrastu bahubhiḥ paribhūyate | cāṃḍālabrāhmaṇaścaiṣa cāṃḍālātta dhanastvasau
Mais à peine eut-il franchi le dehors que beaucoup l’insultèrent et l’avilirent : «C’est un brāhmane-caṇḍāla ! Et cet homme s’est enrichi grâce à un caṇḍāla !»
