Tirtha: Viśveśvara (Śambhu) in Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Listener: Sages/seekers in the frame
Scene: Viṣṇu (still unseen or subtly revealed) declares that by Śambhu’s grace he bears the cakra and protects the three worlds; imagery can show a radiant Śiva-bestowed energy flowing into Viṣṇu’s emblems.
All cosmic authority is rooted in the Supreme Lord’s grace; even Viṣṇu acknowledges Śambhu as the source empowering protection of the worlds.
Kāśī’s Śaiva supremacy is reinforced—Śambhu as lord of the kṣetra whose power underwrites cosmic order.
No explicit ritual is given; it is a theological testimony about grace (prasāda).
