Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 66

दयामपि तदा कुर्यादसौ विश्वेश्वरः पराम् । यदाश्रुत्युक्तमध्वानं सद्भिः क्षुण्णं न संत्यजेत्

dayāmapi tadā kuryādasau viśveśvaraḥ parām | yadāśrutyuktamadhvānaṃ sadbhiḥ kṣuṇṇaṃ na saṃtyajet

Alors Viśveśvara accorde la compassion suprême, lorsque l’on n’abandonne pas la voie prescrite par l’enseignement sacré, déjà foulée par les vertueux.
