Type: kshetra
Listener: Pulomā-kanyā (Paulomī)
Scene: Śiva affirms with certainty that the vow grants great good fortune and will fulfill the girl’s wish.
Right observance (caryā) yields promised fruits (phala); dharma practiced becomes tangible auspiciousness (saubhāgya).
The promise is delivered within the Kāśī-khaṇḍa setting, implicitly magnifying Kāśī as a field of swift spiritual results.
Observance of the specified vrata (Manoratha-tṛtīyā) is affirmed as the means to attain saubhāgya and fulfillment.
