Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva as a vast, tranquil presence pervading all—moving beings and still objects—while a devotee realizes that nirvāṇa is not elsewhere; the city of Kāśī appears as a living mandala within that presence.
Liberation is not merely granted by Śiva—Śiva is liberation, the indwelling Self of all existence.
Kāśī is implicitly upheld as the mokṣa-kṣetra where Śiva’s liberating presence as antarātman is especially celebrated.
No explicit rite; the verse functions as a mokṣa-oriented stotra (devotional praise).
