Skanda (deduced: Kāśīkhaṇḍa commonly Skanda speaking to Agastya)
Tirtha: Kailāsa (as fruit/goal)
Type: peak
Listener: Ṛṣi-audience
Scene: Ascetics stand astonished as Śiva’s gaṇas lift the departed guru onto a radiant, wish-fulfilling vimāna. The chariot rises through clouds toward snow-peaked Kailāsa, suffused with joy.
Divine grace completes the pilgrim’s journey: the righteous are escorted to Śiva’s abode.
Kailāsa is highlighted as Śiva’s supreme abode, reached through tīrtha-merit within the Kedāra cycle.
None directly; the verse depicts the fruit (phala) of sanctified life and pilgrimage—being led to Kailāsa.
