Transliteration

gaṇāvūcatuḥ | etā vāravilāsinyo yajñabhājāṃ priyaṃkarāḥ | gītajñā nṛtyakuśalā vādyavidyā vicakṣaṇāḥ

Translation

Les deux gaṇas dirent : «Ce sont des courtisanes de la cité, qui réjouissent ceux qui ont acquis le mérite du yajña ; savantes en chant, habiles en danse et avisées dans les arts de la musique instrumentale.»
