विनतोवाच । किं पणेन भगिन्यत्र कथयाम्येवमेव हि । त्वज्जये का च मे प्रीतिर्मज्जये किं नु ते सुखम्
vinatovāca | kiṃ paṇena bhaginyatra kathayāmyevameva hi | tvajjaye kā ca me prītirmajjaye kiṃ nu te sukham
Vinatā dit : «Sœur, à quoi bon un pari ici ? Je te le dirai simplement. Si tu l’emportes, quelle joie serait la mienne ? Si je l’emporte, quel bonheur serait le tien ?»
