अद्याजातः पुनरहं न शप्तो यदगस्तिना । न मया सदृशो धन्य इति मेने स वै गिरिः
adyājātaḥ punarahaṃ na śapto yadagastinā | na mayā sadṛśo dhanya iti mene sa vai giriḥ
«Aujourd’hui, c’est comme si je renaissais, puisque Agastya ne m’a point maudit. Nul n’est aussi béni que moi !»—ainsi, en vérité, pensa cette montagne.
