इयं भविष्या तन्मूर्तिरगस्ते त्वत्पुरोऽकथि । तामभ्यर्च्य नमस्कृत्य कृत्वाष्टौ च प्रदक्षिणाः । नरो भवति निष्पापः काशीवास फलं लभेत्
iyaṃ bhaviṣyā tanmūrtiragaste tvatpuro'kathi | tāmabhyarcya namaskṛtya kṛtvāṣṭau ca pradakṣiṇāḥ | naro bhavati niṣpāpaḥ kāśīvāsa phalaṃ labhet
Ô Agastya, il fut proclamé devant toi : « Cette forme même demeurera dans l’avenir. » En l’adorant, en se prosternant avec révérence et en accomplissant huit pradakṣiṇā, l’homme devient sans péché et obtient le fruit parfait du séjour à Kāśī.
