अतिचित्रमिदं यदात्मना शुचिरप्येष कृपीटयोनिना । स्वपुरीविरहोद्भवेन वै परिताप्येत जगत्त्रयेश्वरः

Transliteration

aticitramidaṃ yadātmanā śucirapyeṣa kṛpīṭayoninā | svapurīvirahodbhavena vai paritāpyeta jagattrayeśvaraḥ

Translation

Quelle merveille que ceci ! Bien que pur en lui-même, ce Seigneur—né du feu (kṛpīṭa)—Maître des trois mondes, est pourtant tourmenté par l’angoisse née de la séparation d’avec sa propre cité (Kāśī).
