Type: kshetra
Listener: Śaunaka and ṛṣis (frame)
Scene: A yogin in meditation with subtle luminous nāḍīs; a gentle inner flame at navel/heart; concentric sound-waves (nāda) depicted as fine rings near the head; posture effortless, body radiant with health.
Purifying the inner channels transforms practice into lived power: steadier breath, awakened inner energy, subtle perception, and health.
The teaching belongs to Kāśī’s spiritual instruction in the Skanda Purāṇa; it does not name a particular ghaṭa or shrine in this verse.
Nāḍī-viśodhana (purification of the nāḍīs) is prescribed as the cause of these yogic and bodily benefits.
