यो ह्यनाथस्य विप्रस्य पाणिं ग्राहयते कृती । इह सौख्यमवाप्नोति सोक्षयं स्वर्गमाप्नुयात्
yo hyanāthasya viprasya pāṇiṃ grāhayate kṛtī | iha saukhyamavāpnoti sokṣayaṃ svargamāpnuyāt
L’homme capable qui arrange le mariage —la prise de la main— d’un brāhmaṇa sans soutien obtient le bonheur en ce monde et atteint un ciel qui ne s’épuise pas.
