Transliteration

vihāya mātaraṃ caikāṃ sarvamaṃgalavarjitāma | tadāśiṣamapi prājñastyajedāśīviṣopamāma

Translation

À l’exception de la seule mère, qu’il convient de mettre à part avec respect, le sage doit même repousser la bénédiction de celui qui est privé de toute auspiciosité, la tenant pour semblable à un serpent venimeux.
