मासिमासि कुशाग्रांबु पानादन्यत्र यत्फलम् । काश्यामुत्तरवाहिन्यामेकेन चुलुकेन तत्

māsimāsi kuśāgrāṃbu pānādanyatra yatphalam | kāśyāmuttaravāhinyāmekena culukena tat

Le mérite acquis ailleurs en buvant, mois après mois, une eau effleurée par la pointe de l’herbe kuśa, ce même mérite s’obtient à Kāśī, sur le fleuve au courant vers le nord, par une seule gorgée dans le creux de la main.
