ऋतुकालाभिगमनं धर्मोयं गृहिणः परः । स्त्रीणां वरमनुस्मृत्य यथाकाम्यथवा भवेत्

ṛtukālābhigamanaṃ dharmoyaṃ gṛhiṇaḥ paraḥ | strīṇāṃ varamanusmṛtya yathākāmyathavā bhavet

S’unir à sa propre épouse au temps convenable est le dharma suprême du maître de maison. Se souvenant de ce qui est le meilleur pour la femme, qu’il agisse selon son désir libre—sinon, qu’il s’abstienne.
