गुरोरनुज्ञया स्नात्वा व्रतं वेदं समाप्य च । उद्वहेत ततो भार्यां सवर्णां साधुलक्षणाम्

guroranujñayā snātvā vrataṃ vedaṃ samāpya ca | udvaheta tato bhāryāṃ savarṇāṃ sādhulakṣaṇām

Avec l’autorisation du guru, après le bain conclusif et après avoir achevé les vœux et l’étude du Véda, qu’il prenne alors pour épouse une femme de la même varṇa, marquée des signes de la vertu.
