प्रदक्षिणं परीत्याग्निमुपस्थाय दिवाकरम् । दंडाजिनोपवीताढ्यश्चरेद्भैक्ष्यं यथोदितम्

Transliteration

pradakṣiṇaṃ parītyāgnimupasthāya divākaram | daṃḍājinopavītāḍhyaścaredbhaikṣyaṃ yathoditam

Translation

Après avoir fait la circumambulation du feu sacré dans le sens auspicious et s’être incliné devant le Soleil, le brahmacārī—muni du bâton, de la peau-vêtement et de l’upavīta—doit aller mendier l’aumône, comme il est enjoint.
