न वर्षंति यदाभ्राणि न प्रावर्तंत निम्रगाः । जलाभिलाषो न यदा स्नानपानादि कर्मणि
na varṣaṃti yadābhrāṇi na prāvartaṃta nimragāḥ | jalābhilāṣo na yadā snānapānādi karmaṇi
Quand les nuages ne versent plus la pluie et que les rivières cessent de couler—quand même le désir d’eau s’éteint pour des actes tels que se baigner et boire—(alors le monde tombe dans la détresse).
