Type: ghat

Listener: Kāśī-māhātmya audience / pilgrims

Scene: Gaṅgā’s waters quiver with drum-sound; sins depicted as dark fragments dissolving in the vibration; nearby stands Ḍhuṃḍhi-Vighneśa shrine, with Gaṇeśa as child of Gaṅgā in symbolic maternity; pilgrims feel drawn toward a luminous ‘nirvāṇa’ horizon.

FAQs

Kāśī’s Gaṅgā and the sacred sphere associated with Ḍhuṃḍhi Vighneśa.

No explicit prescription; implicitly supports Gaṇeśa/Gaṅgā worship and tīrtha-snānā for pāpa-kṣaya.
