वर्णेषु श्वेतवर्णोऽसि द्विपदां ब्राह्मणो भवान् । गरुडोस्यंडजेष्वीश व्यवहारेषु वाग्भवान्
varṇeṣu śvetavarṇo'si dvipadāṃ brāhmaṇo bhavān | garuḍosyaṃḍajeṣvīśa vyavahāreṣu vāgbhavān
Parmi les couleurs, tu es le blanc ; parmi les êtres à deux pieds, tu es le brāhmaṇa. Parmi ceux qui naissent de l’œuf, tu es Garuḍa, ô Seigneur ; et dans tout échange, tu es la Parole elle-même.
