युगपन्नो हृतं सर्वमेकस्मिन्भार्गवे हृते । धिगस्मान्कुलपूज्यो यैरेकोपि कुलसत्तमः । गुरुः सर्वसमर्थश्च त्राता त्रातो न चापदि
yugapanno hṛtaṃ sarvamekasminbhārgave hṛte | dhigasmānkulapūjyo yairekopi kulasattamaḥ | guruḥ sarvasamarthaśca trātā trāto na cāpadi
«En un instant, tout nous a été ravi lorsque ce seul Bhārgava fut enlevé. Honte à nous, car, à l’heure du péril, nous n’avons pas su protéger ne fût-ce qu’un seul, le meilleur de notre lignée : notre guru vénéré, apte à tout, notre protecteur».
