न तेन सदृशः कश्चिदाक्षिको भूमिमंडले । अद्य यावत्त्वया विप्र दुरोदरशिरोमणिः
na tena sadṛśaḥ kaścidākṣiko bhūmimaṃḍale | adya yāvattvayā vipra durodaraśiromaṇiḥ
«Sur la face de la terre, nul joueur de dés ne lui est comparable. Jusqu’à ce jour, ô brāhmane, il est le joyau de la couronne des joueurs.»
