अहोदवाग्निदवथुस्तथामां न स बाधते । बाधते तु यथा चित्ते चिन्तासंतापसंततिः

ahodavāgnidavathustathāmāṃ na sa bādhate | bādhate tu yathā citte cintāsaṃtāpasaṃtatiḥ

Hélas ! même la fièvre brûlante d’un feu de forêt ne me tourmenterait pas ainsi ; ce qui me tourmente, c’est, dans mon esprit, le flot ininterrompu d’inquiétude et de douleur intérieure.
