अवाकिरद्बाणवर्षैर्देवीं समरमूर्द्धनि । बाणजालानि तस्याशु चंडकोपस्य लीलया
avākiradbāṇavarṣairdevīṃ samaramūrddhani | bāṇajālāni tasyāśu caṃḍakopasya līlayā
Au plus fort du combat, il couvrit la Déesse d’une pluie de flèches ; et, comme par simple jeu de Caṇḍakopa, des nappes de traits furent aussitôt décochées.
