स्वान्मंत्रिणः समाहूय बभाषे वचनं त्विदम् । भो मंत्रिणो ब्रह्महत्या मयाऽकार्यविचारतः

svānmaṃtriṇaḥ samāhūya babhāṣe vacanaṃ tvidam | bho maṃtriṇo brahmahatyā mayā'kāryavicārataḥ

Ayant fait venir ses ministres, il prononça ces paroles : «Ô ministres, faute d’avoir discerné ce qu’il ne fallait pas faire, j’ai commis la brahmahatyā».
