Type: kshetra
Listener: assembly of sages (frame)
Scene: Hanūmān stands with folded hands before Rāma; behind, Sītā and Lakṣmaṇa receive his reverence; Sugrīva is shown slightly aside, also saluted—an ordered tableau of devotion and hierarchy.
True devotion expresses itself as humility—Hanūmān honors the righteous leaders and the divine couple before acting.
The Setu–Rāmeśvaram sacred landscape, where Rāma’s acts are remembered as tīrtha-making deeds.
No formal rite is prescribed; the verse emphasizes praṇāma (reverential salutation) as dharmic conduct.
