मुद्गल त्वं च मां याहि देहांते मुक्तबंधनः । इत्युक्त्वा भगवान्विष्णुस्तं समालिंग्य मुद्गलम्

Transliteration

mudgala tvaṃ ca māṃ yāhi dehāṃte muktabaṃdhanaḥ | ityuktvā bhagavānviṣṇustaṃ samāliṃgya mudgalam

Translation

«Mudgala, à la fin de ta vie, toi aussi tu viendras à Moi, délivré des liens». Ayant ainsi parlé, le Bienheureux Seigneur Viṣṇu étreignit Mudgala.
