Transliteration

saptamyāṃ tu tithau martyaḥ śrāddhaṃ kuryānmahālayam | hiraṇyapāṇirbhagavānādityastasya tuṣyati

Translation

Au tithi du septième jour (Saptamī), si un mortel accomplit le Mahālaya śrāddha, le Soleil béni — le Seigneur Āditya, « aux mains d’or » — s’en trouve satisfait.
