पराजितेभ्यः शत्रुभ्यो गृहीत्वा करमुत्तमम् । तेन कांचनजातेन कर्तव्योऽयं क्रतूत्तमः
parājitebhyaḥ śatrubhyo gṛhītvā karamuttamam | tena kāṃcanajātena kartavyo'yaṃ kratūttamaḥ
« Après avoir vaincu les rois ennemis, prélève sur eux le plus excellent tribut ; et avec cet or ainsi obtenu, il faut accomplir ce sacrifice, le meilleur des rites. »
