समाजह्रुर्महाकाया गरुडानिलरंहसः । नलश्चक्रे महासेर्तुमध्ये नदनदीपतेः

samājahrurmahākāyā garuḍānilaraṃhasaḥ | nalaścakre mahāsertumadhye nadanadīpateḥ

Ces êtres au corps immense, rapides comme Garuḍa et comme le vent, les rassemblèrent. Et Nala édifia un grand Setu au cœur du Seigneur des fleuves, l’Océan.
