Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) addressing the sages (deduced from Purāṇic narration style in Māhātmya sections)
Tirtha: Setubandha / Setu
Type: kshetra
Listener: Muni-puṅgavas (foremost sages)
Scene: A pilgrim, hands folded, beholds the long pale chain of sandbars and sea-waves at Setubandha at dawn; distant silhouettes of temples and pilgrims on the shore.
Devotional darśana of a sacred place is itself a potent dharmic act that yields great merit.
Setu-tīrtha (the sacred Setu associated with Rāma’s bridge, linked to Rāmeśvaram tradition).
Darśana—beholding the Setu with bhakti (devotion).
