धीराणामवने शक्ता नान्या सुभ्रु त्वया विना । वर्द्धनी च तथेत्युक्त्वा गता यत्र स धर्मराट्
dhīrāṇāmavane śaktā nānyā subhru tvayā vinā | varddhanī ca tathetyuktvā gatā yatra sa dharmarāṭ
« Nul autre que toi ne peut dompter les résolus, ô belle aux sourcils. » Ainsi apostrophée, Varddhanī répondit : « Qu’il en soit ainsi », puis elle alla là où se tenait le souverain du Dharma, Dharmarāja.
