स्नात्वा यः कुरुते चात्र पितृपिंडोदकक्रियाः । पितरस्तस्य तृप्यंति यावद्ब्रह्मदिवानिशम्

Transliteration

snātvā yaḥ kurute cātra pitṛpiṃḍodakakriyāḥ | pitarastasya tṛpyaṃti yāvadbrahmadivāniśam

Translation

Quiconque se baigne puis accomplit ici les rites du piṇḍa et les offrandes d’eau pour les ancêtres, ses Pitṛs demeurent satisfaits aussi longtemps que durent le jour et la nuit de Brahmā.
