सा बभूव महाराज सावित्रीति प्रथा शिवा । असुराणां वधार्थाय ज्ञानजा स्थापिता सुरैः

sā babhūva mahārāja sāvitrīti prathā śivā | asurāṇāṃ vadhārthāya jñānajā sthāpitā suraiḥ

Ô grand roi, cette déesse de bon augure devint célèbre sous le nom de «Sāvitrī». Née de la connaissance sacrée, elle fut établie par les dieux afin d’abattre les asuras.
