Transliteration

sāṃgānadhītya tau vedāṃstarkavyākaraṇāni ca | itihāsapurāṇāni dharmaśāstrāṇi kṛtsnaśaḥ

Translation

Ayant maîtrisé les Veda avec leurs disciplines auxiliaires, et ayant aussi étudié la logique et la grammaire, ils apprirent entièrement les Itihāsa et les Purāṇa, ainsi que les Dharmaśāstra dans leur intégralité.
