Transliteration

devasya purataḥ samyagupalipya navāṃbhasā | vidhāya maṃḍalaṃ ramyaṃ dhautavastrādibhirbudhaḥ

Translation

Devant la divinité, le dévot avisé doit enduire et purifier convenablement l’endroit avec de l’eau fraîche; puis il tracera un beau maṇḍala à l’aide d’étoffes lavées et d’autres objets purs.
