शारदोवाच । तदलं परिहासोक्त्या त्वं मां वेत्सि महामते । त्वामहं वेद्मि चार्थेऽस्मिन्प्रमाणं मन आवयोः
śāradovāca | tadalaṃ parihāsoktyā tvaṃ māṃ vetsi mahāmate | tvāmahaṃ vedmi cārthe'sminpramāṇaṃ mana āvayoḥ
Śāradā dit : « Assez de paroles de plaisanterie. Ô homme à la grande âme, tu me connais — et moi aussi je te connais. En cette affaire, la seule preuve est la compréhension au fond de nos cœurs. »
