ईश्वर उवाच । नास्ति सौख्यं च मूर्खेषु नास्ति सौख्यं च रोगिषु । पराधीनेन सौख्यं तु स्त्रीजिते च विशेषतः
īśvara uvāca | nāsti saukhyaṃ ca mūrkheṣu nāsti saukhyaṃ ca rogiṣu | parādhīnena saukhyaṃ tu strījite ca viśeṣataḥ
Ishvara dit : « Il n'y a pas de bonheur chez les sots ; il n'y a pas de bonheur chez les malades. Et le bonheur n'appartient pas à celui qui dépend d'un autre, surtout à celui qui est conquis par une femme. »
