Transliteration

etatpramāṇaṃ tattīrthaṃ piṇḍadānādikarmasu | nādharmaniratā dātuṃ labhante dānamatra hi

Translation

Telle est la mesure de ce tīrtha pour les actes tels que l’offrande des piṇḍas et les autres rites aux ancêtres. Car ceux qui s’adonnent à l’adharma n’obtiennent pas ici le fruit du don ; en vérité, en ce lieu, la charité ne leur confère aucun mérite véritable.
