अचिन्त्याव्यक्तरूपाय महादेवाय धामने । विद्महे देवदेवाय तन्नो रुद्र नमोनमः
acintyāvyaktarūpāya mahādevāya dhāmane | vidmahe devadevāya tanno rudra namonamaḥ
