न तेषां विस्तरं वक्तुं शक्तो ब्रह्मापि भूपते । योजनानां शतं साग्रं श्रूयते सरिदुत्तमा
na teṣāṃ vistaraṃ vaktuṃ śakto brahmāpi bhūpate | yojanānāṃ śataṃ sāgraṃ śrūyate sariduttamā
Ô roi, même Brahmā n’a pas la force d’en décrire pleinement l’immensité. On entend dire que la plus excellente des rivières s’étend sur un peu plus de cent yojanas.
