Type: kshetra
Listener: Śrī (Ramā)
Scene: Bhṛgu reveals the hidden truth: the sacred place rests upon the great Turtle; he advises Śrī to consult Kacchapa and proceed harmoniously to create auspicious arrangements.
Sacred action should align with cosmic order and rightful guardians; consultation and harmony preserve auspiciousness.
A Revā Khaṇḍa locality mythically described as resting on Kacchapa’s back, elevating its sacred stature.
A procedural instruction is given: consult (saṃmantrya) the presiding/supporting being (Kacchapa) before arranging the sacred seat.
