Transliteration

śrāddhibhyo vastrayugmāni chatropānatkamaṇḍalu | dakṣiṇā vividhā deyā pitṝnuddiśya bhārata

Translation

Aux brāhmanes prenant part au śrāddha, on doit donner des paires de vêtements, ainsi qu’une ombrelle, des chaussures et un kamaṇḍalu (pot à eau); et l’on offrira diverses dakṣiṇā, ô Bhārata, en gardant les Pitṛs à l’esprit.
