धर्मस्यार्हस्य कामस्य मोक्षस्य च परं विधिम् । निखिलं ज्ञातुमिच्छामि नान्यो वेत्ता मतिर्मम
dharmasyārhasya kāmasya mokṣasya ca paraṃ vidhim | nikhilaṃ jñātumicchāmi nānyo vettā matirmama
«Je souhaite connaître entièrement la voie suprême concernant le Dharma, l’Artha, le Kāma et le Mokṣa ; selon mon discernement, nul autre ne sait mieux et n’est apte à m’enseigner.»
